Volunteer Leadership Training Camp

In order to promote professional volunteer training and enhance the effectiveness of social services, the 2025 Volunteer Leadership Training Camp, organized by the Association of Volunteers Social Service Macao and sponsored by the Macau Foundation.

This training program was held on May 24-25 and June 7, with nearly 30 students participating.

The core objectives centered on three key areas: First, supporting the government's policies to promote youth social engagement and foster community awareness.Second, integrate the collaborative strengths of enterprises and community organizations to advance professional training systems for volunteers, optimize volunteer development models, and respond more efficiently to societal needs. Third, enhance the psychological resilience of volunteer leaders, promoting self-exploration and leadership development to provide robust support for future volunteer initiatives.
