GuangDong - Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and The Belt and Road Coastal cities Communication and sharing session for letter of intent 2025

The “GuangDong - Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and The Belt and Road Coastal cities Communication and sharing session for letter of intent 2025” was held on November 1, 2025 ,organized by the Association of Volunteers Social Service and sponsored by the Macau Foundation.The event was attended by representatives from organizations in Ulaanbaatar, Jiangmen, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, and other locations, as well as representatives from multiple Macao institutions. Also present were LIO IOK KUAN, President of the Association of Volunteers Social Service, and HUNG HON MING, Chief Supervisor.

Under the witness of the Hangzhou Youth Activity Center, partnership agreements were signed with the Network of Mongolian Volunteer Organizations and the Directly Affiliated Volunteer Service Brigade of the Jiangmen Wuyi Volunteer Association. This collaboration strengthens exchanges and cooperation between partner associations, explores diverse cooperation models, and advances cross-regional volunteer initiatives for mutual development.
