Bridging Generations: Youth, Corporate & Senior

Organized by the Association of Volunteers Social Service Macao and funded by Sands China Ltd., the "2025 Cross-Generational Integration" successfully completed seven visits from August 2 to October 19. This initiative effectively built a bridge for intergenerational communication, enhancing understanding between youth and the elderly.

As Macao's society continues to age, opportunities for interaction between the younger generation and seniors have been decreasing. Through sincere conversations with the elderly, young volunteers gained valuable life experiences, while seniors received companionship and a chance to share their stories, fostering mutual understanding. Additionally, Sands China’s Caring Ambassadors acted as a bridge for intergenerational communication, demonstrating corporate social responsibility and promoting community inclusion.
