Through the sharing of experts and scholars with outstanding achievements in voluntary work on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the bay area, young people and volunteers in Macao can learn from each other and learn from each other, so as to see the social changes from a broader perspective. Under the influence of globalization, many enterprises have gradually begun to attach importance to corporate social responsibility (CSR), CSR means that enterprises can not only pursue the maximum interests of the company, but also take into account the rights and interests of its employees, consumers, suppliers, communities and the environment, so as to be responsible for them, instead of being solely responsible to the shareholders of the company. This year's seminar also launched on this topic, hoping to let the public understand this moral or ideological theory. Enterprises not only need to create greater interests for shareholders, but also take into account the rights and interests of all relevant stakeholders. Stakeholders are all people related to the operation of an enterprise, including employees, customers, suppliers, consumers, communities, countries, and the natural environment from the inside to the outside. Enterprises are not only profit-making tools, but also responsible citizens. The leading enterprises in the future will not only be the leaders of the business world, but also the leading forces of the society. The United Nations Global covenant requires enterprises to abide by, support and implement a set of ten basic principles on human rights, labor standards, environment and anti-corruption within their respective spheres of influence. How can voluntary work play a role in promoting social welfare in Macao and achieving greater development of voluntary work.
