澳門義務工作者協會主辦，泰國Volunteer Spirit Network 協辦，教育暨青年局及金沙中國有限公司贊助的“優秀義工海外服務交流體驗營”活動已圓滿結束。

是次活動一共聚集14位來自本澳不同社團機構之義工在4月17至21日前往泰國清邁進行義工服務體驗。活動期間,優秀義工們透過與清邁當地義工一同參與修建水壩等山區義工服務,從而增進兩地義工交流,加深彼此間感情,推動澳門泰國兩地義工服務發展。此外，參加者也到達當地職業技能學校及著名的素帖寺進行文化體驗。義工們表示是次活動不僅能擴闊眼光，感受到泰國人民勤勞和樸實之特質；更可以身體力行，親身為發展跨地區義務工作活動作出努力；瞭解到不同地區義務工作的發展現況及義工存在之重要性，獲益匪淺。義協冀舉辦優秀義工海外交流活動，讓本澳優秀義工可以有機會了解更多不同地區的義務工作發展，有利優秀義工增長見聞和吸收不同國家地區義務工作經驗，從而加強自我反思，將其得著應用於自我成長和所屬機構義務工作發展，共同推動本澳義務工作發展。

A total of 14 volunteers from different organizations in Macao were gathered for the volunteer service experience in Chiang Mai, Thailand from April 17 to 21. During the activity, outstanding volunteers participated in the construction of dams and other mountain volunteer services with local volunteers in Chiang Mai, so as to enhance the exchange of volunteers between the two places, deepen mutual feelings, and promote the development of volunteer services in Macao and Thailand. In addition, the participants also went to the temple to experience the local cultural skills. Volunteers said that the event not only broadened their horizons and felt the industrious and simple characteristics of the Thai people, but also made great efforts to develop cross regional volunteer work activities. They learned about the development status of volunteer work in different regions and the importance of the existence of volunteers, which benefited a lot. The association hopes to hold overseas exchange activities for outstanding volunteers, so that outstanding volunteers in Macao can have the opportunity to learn more about the development of voluntary work in different regions, which is conducive to the growth of their knowledge and the experience of voluntary work in different countries and regions, so as to strengthen self reflection, apply it to self-development and the development of voluntary work in their institutions, and jointly promote the development of voluntary work in Macao.
