澳門義務工作者協會青年義工組主辦，台灣志願服務國際交流服務和中山市青年志願者協會合辦的“兩岸三地義工交流服務體驗計劃2014---身體力行”活動於8月13至28日分別前往澳門、中山、台灣三地，隨著31日分享會的完結而圓滿結束。

Sponsored by the youth volunteer group of Association of Volunteers Sociao Service Macao and jointly organized by Taiwan volunteer service international exchange service and Zhongshan Youth Volunteer Association, the activity of "volunteer exchange service experience program 2014 --- hands on" was held in Macao, Zhongshan and Taiwan from August 13 to 28, and ended successfully with the completion of the sharing meeting on 31 August.

是次活動走訪了澳門、台灣和中山三地義務工作機構，也實地進行義務工作服務。期間分別拜訪了澳門仁慈堂盲人重建中心、中山市特殊學校、高雄市大寮區老人活動中心、屏东县私立基督教伯大尼之家、创世基金会凤山分会等多個機構。在服務過程中參加者深刻體會到義務工作的理念不只是簡單的幫助別人，而是互相學習，學會自愛并讓他人有尊嚴的生存下去。

The activity visited volunteer agencies in Macao, Taiwan and Zhongshan, and provided volunteer services on the spot. During the visit, we visited Macao benevolence hall for the blind reconstruction center, Zhongshan special school, Daliao District Elderly activity center of Kaohsiung City, private Christian Bethany house in Pingdong County, and Fengshan branch of Chuangshi foundation. In the process of service, participants deeply realized that the concept of voluntary work is not just to help others, but to learn from each other, learn to love themselves and let others live with dignity.

在三地交流服務體驗完結后的分享會中，參與此次活動的參加者均表示此次活動不僅能擴闊眼光，瞭解到不同地區義務工作的差異，學習以人為本自力更生的義務工作理念；也能身體力行，親身為發展跨地區義務工作活動作出努力，獲益匪淺。

In the sharing meeting after the completion of the exchange service experience among the three places, the participants of the activity said that the activity could not only broaden their horizons, understand the differences of voluntary work in different regions, learn the concept of people-oriented and self-reliance, but also practice and personally make efforts to develop cross regional voluntary work activities, which has benefited a lot.
