Organized by the Macau Volunteer Work Association and sponsored by Sands China Ltd., the "2024 Communication and sharing session for letter of intent in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Regions along the Belt and Road" was held on November 30, 2024, at the Emperor Hotel.

Guests attending the event included Ms. Catherine Chan, Corporate Social Affairs Manager of Sands China Ltd., Mr. Lei Ka Hou, Acting Director of the Youth Development Division of the Education and Youth Development Bureau, Executive Director of Global Vlounteer Cooperation (Korea), Deputy Director of The Centre for SDG Research and Support at Thammasat University (Bangkok, Thailand), Founder of Zhiyuanhui APP, China Social Work Supervisor Training Project and Professional Director of institute of Social Service Development (Hong Kong), representatives from various friendly organizations in Macao and Representatives from many friendly organizations in Macao, as well as President of the Association of Volunteers Social Service, Ms. LIO IOK KUAN, Deputy President Ms. LAI VAI PONG, and Chief Supervisor Mr. LEO HUNG.
